Do you know how blessed you are?

Last weekend was Canadian Thanksgiving and it's one of my favourite days of the year. Not only do I get to spend time with my niece and nephew but I get to reflect on all the blessings in my life.

I'm blessed with a husband who loves me unconditionally, my health, all the food and drink I need, a roof over my head, friends and family as well as a career I love and followers like you.

What are some of your blessings?

Take a moment and write down a few of your blessings. When you feel stressed, tired or run-down, pull out your gratitude list and read it. You're overflowing with all you have. Give thanks and let the good feelings of gratitude live in your heart.
