I dare you to . . . help someone else feel great.
When we feel great about ourselves and/or having a great day, it's easy to help others. Our spirit is more open to take care of each other. Joy oozes out of our pores and we can't help but spread the feeling to those around us.
Hug your kid, significant other, best friend, pet, parent, whatever is handy. Do a random act of kindness. Treat someone to something they enjoy. Lend a helping hand. Smile.
These are just a couple of ways you can help someone else.
