My Review:

This book could be called 'The guidebook to business growth in the 21st Century'. The author has once again created a fool proof guide that is approachable and readable. This book can apply to giant firms and start ups, from the food industry and information industry.

What makes this book so effective is how readable it is. The author uses the same approach that worked so well in his first book. The sprinkling in of examples of many types of companies is very effective. The reader, whether the CEO of a multinational or a person sitting on a packing crate, will relate. The author also has come up with some superb acronyms that play so well in the 21st century.

If you are a business owner looking for growth (which one isn't?) or a concerned member of a company that seems to be stagnating, this book is for you. Brilliantly researched, superbly written. Engaging and Intelligent. This is a ground-breaking work in the field of improving business growth in the complicated world of 21st Century business.
