Laughing is one of the best ways to reduce stress, be healthy and live a happy life. I love to laugh and I must confess, Instagram is a fabulous place to laugh. I have a group of friends who I love to laugh with. We try to outdo each other with funny and comical pics. I also have a terrific friend whose writing makes me laugh so hard, I almost fall out of the chair.
No matter if it is a movie, television show, comedy club or any number of social media outlets...take a moment and laugh! Your heart, mind and soul will thank you and you will burn 10-40 calories simply by laughing. It's a win-win!
