"The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals." ~ Melody Beattie
Happy New Year! It's 2019 and the world is full of opportunities.
What are you going to accomplish this year?
A great way to start the year off right is to make a list of personal and professional goals. Some call these resolutions but I like to think of them as an outline for the new year.
Here are some of my personal and professional goals:
- Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.
- Laugh more and stress less.
- Read 1400 books (Goodreads challenge).
- Promote N. N. Light Author Promotions and increase clientele by 25%.
- Publish at least one book.
Read the quote above and ask yourself two questions:
What will I write in the ledger of 2019? Will I accomplish goals to make my life better or will I just let things happen?
Create a 2019 outline of the life you'd like to live. Then go out there and make it happen. Drop-kick fear and anxiety out of your life so you can accomplish your goals.
Name one goal you'd like to accomplish this year. I'd love to hear it.
