The past few weeks, the news has been all about people without integrity. It's happening on an hourly basis in America as well as in Canada. From politicians to romance authors to ghostwriters to sports, there's a moral void and it leaves me with this one question. Where has integrity gone?

Integrity is doing the right thing without regard to who's watching. It's one of the most important leadership characteristics in my view. Every decision, every choice, every response to what life throws at you, when filtered through a person with integrity, will lead to ultimate success.

Live your life with integrity and you'll be surrounded by people who will follow where you lead. With every obstacle you overcome, you're one step closer to success.
