Rejection Doesn't Mean You Aren't Good Enough... It Means They Failed to Notice Your Gifts a

Rejection doesn’t mean you aren’t good enough; it means the other person failed to notice what you have to offer. – Mark Amend

Rejection... we are go through it and it can be a heart-breaking experience. Someone turns you down for a job, date, marriage, friendship, loan, credit card, sports, book and you are wondering what you did. There are many reasons for rejection but today, I want us to take a different perspective.

It's not you, it's them.

Read the above quote again.

Rejection doesn't mean you aren't good enough; it means the other person failed to notice what you have to offer.

You are a special person and you have a lot to offer, no matter what other people may say or think! Believe it, for I only speak the truth! If someone rejects you, try not to take it personally. It's not you, it's them. I know you're shaking your head not believing me. Here's an example:

I am a writer and an author. I deal with rejection on an everyday basis. I've had a lot of professionals tell me no. Did I take it personally? Sure, I'm human; it's a natural instinct to take it personally. But when I remember it's not me, it's them, I feel better. It's not my fault they can't see the truth and my Light shining brightly.

Some rejections are even beneficial. I got rejected plenty of times by men before I met MR N. If they had not rejected me, I wouldn't be happily married to the most wonderful man in the world!

I know rejections hurt but if you remember this quote and internalize the motto: it's not me, it's them... you will live a more fulfilling life!

You can do it! I have faith in you!

One last thought: Every time you get rejected, smile and keep spreading the Light. Your attitude will shock the rejecting party and you'll reap the rewards.
