As someone who has battled with various health issues for most of my life, I’ve embraced a well-rounded approach to health and wellness. I use quite a few of the strategies presented in this book. It’s a wonderful way to promote health and wellness.

 

Z. Altug is a prolific wellness doctor who has been working with patients for several years. His experience is vast, and his sharing of wisdom makes this a must-read and keep handy resource.

 

The book flows well with the applicable tips and techniques to incorporate into your life. I really enjoyed the recipes plus the mind-body exercises.

Ziya "Z" Altug, PT, DPT, MS, DipACLM, OCS, CSCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipACLM) from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Physical Therapy Association. He has over three decades of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Ziya uses integrative and lifestyle medicine to help patients and clients improve their well-being and manage pain. He is the author of three books and a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Ziya runs a number of courses on the Physiopedia Plus platform and is based in Los Angeles.
