It is a dark and snowy Christmas Eve and the roads are impassable. Canterbury’s inns are full, but the door of the local brothel stands open and Frau Klaus welcomes all who come seeking shelter. Gather with the stranded travelers around her Tannenbaum as they share secrets, holiday tales and stories of love.

A Message from Alanna Lucas:

Hello all! I'm thrilled to be a part of this fabulous seasonal anthology. It features a whole bunch of your favorite Historical Romance authors and, even better - it's only 99c and ALL AUTHOR ROYALTIES of A Christmas Brothel GO TO a wonderful CHARITY: Toys For Tots. What are you waiting for? Get out there and one-click!

The basic premise? It's like Chaucer's Canterbury tales, but set in a brothel in 1816! Yes, I said brothel.

It's Christmas Eve, 1816, and a host of eclectic travelers are stranded by the snow in Canterbury. All the inns are full (of course)— but who has rooms? Frau Klaus and the girls at the infamous brothel Klaus Haus! A Christmas Brothel features short novellas, with each traveler telling a festive tale and, of course, getting their HEA!

My contribution is A Family for Christmas which was inspired by one of the life lessons in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
