My Review:

 

When is a vampire no longer a vampire? When his beast is stolen to reside in a teenage girl? Never in my life have I read anything like His Soul to Keep. Call it original. Call it imaginative. M. Flagg reinvents what it means to be a vampire.

 

In this well-written tale, readers dive into a world not seen before. The world-building is something out of the Twilight Zone, and I mean that in the best possible way. The characters drive this plot. The narration and POV are deep, emotional, and well-written.

 

When I say this is one-of-a-kind paranormal, I’m speaking from my vast experience. I’ve read tens of thousands of paranormal/horror books featuring vampires. None of them even come close to this book. M. Flagg writes in ways I would never expect. Pure originality.

 

If you’re looking for a brand new slant on vampires and all things paranormal, you’ve got to read His Soul to Keep.
