New releases in March I’m so excited to read... #newreleases #books #bookish #fridayreads

As a reader, there are so many choices when it comes to books to read. Several of my favorite authors have new releases this month and I’m practically giddy. While the genres range from romance to young adult to paranormal mystery to urban fantasy, these are the books I’m most looking forward to reading this month. This weekend, I’ll be reading Unlock My Heart. So, if you need me this weekend, I won’t be available as I’ll be busy reading. Check them out for yourself and grab a couple on preorder.

Unlock My Heart by Jennifer Wilck

Abby Marlow, computer security expert, lands a job at the best IT security firm in the country. Her sole focus is financial independence so she never has to rely on others again, especially a man. But why does her boss make her wires short circuit? Ted Endicott, CEO and founder of the IT security firm, is hard of hearing. Although an expert in his field, he's still uncomfortable admitting his hearing problem to clients or employees. So why is he willing to accept Abby's help? As Ted and Abby work together, barriers fall away, and the lines blur between colleagues and lovers. But a security glitch in a client's system shows one of Ted's employees is the hacker, and all signs point to Abby. Can they get past the suspicion and find a future together?

She will have her hands full fitting in and making friends. Nothing is as it seems. They encounter visions, spirit quests, and a mysterious shaman. On top of it all, blending in as a blacksmith is more physically difficult than he imagined. But not as challenging as keeping his hands off his undercover wife. Will they complete their assignment or run out of time?

The Spear Alight by Judith Sterling

Ashling Donoghue has almost lost hope of finding her missing parents. As her faith wanes, her love for two men waxes, rending her heart and causing friction in the Breasal household. At last, her brother Conall channels the Spear of Illumination. He’s a natural shapeshifter, and he sees through illusions in both the material world and the Otherworld…not a moment too soon. An ancient evil has surfaced, and it threatens all worlds.

Only the Donoghues can save Ireland. They must face their greatest fears and act as one to fulfill their destinies as guardians of Erin.

Deception Pass by Norm Harris

A girl travels back in time to that never never land of spies and samovars. To the land of bears, bombs, babushkas, and borscht. To the land where anything can happen and often does. An American ship on course in the Pacific experiences an event unlike anything that any ship, anywhere, has ever undergone.

Faydra “Spider” Green has had a storied career as a Navy lawyer, all while juggling being the daughter of a former U.S. president. She has successfully navigated intricate diplomatic situations, pulse-pounding legal investigations, and dangerous military missions, managing each time to save the day. But now a man who had nearly cost Fay her life has seemingly returned from the dead. Now, hellbent on revenge, he poses a threat to Fay and national security. Fay will have to go to extraordinary lengths to stop him, even tampering with the bounds of time and space.

Nothing Personal for Breakfast by Jennifer Ann Shore

It’s nothing personal.

But Gemma doesn’t want to carry on with Jack after a one-night stand.

She’s busy working seventy-hour weeks at a law firm, and after her last relationship totally blew up in her face, she’s not exactly eager to give dating another try.

But for reasons she can’t understand, out of the millions of people in New York City, she keeps bumping into Jack. He’s a hopeless romantic who thinks it’s the universe or fate bringing them together, but she’s adamant that their crossing paths is just a fluke.

He’s determined to prove that it’s so much more than that.

"Nothing Personal for Breakfast" is an adult romance novella set in New York City by bestselling author Jennifer Ann Shore. It was originally published as a serial on Kindle Vella, and it's now available on Kindle and in paperback.

Raven's Edge by J.B. Dane

St. Patrick’s Day could be the most dangerous time of the year…

Name’s Bram Farrell. I’m a PI—well, used to be. Michigan doesn’t think I have the requisites for a license in this world. My experience is nearly all within the pages of a set of fantasy novels written by Calista Amberson, who I thought died shortly after yanking me into the real world but hadn’t. Currently, I rank at the top of her “Erase These Idiots” list. The feeling is mutual.

As St. Patrick’s Day dawned, I thought the only dangerous thing on my social calendar was meeting my secretary-cum-sugarplum Naomie Enright and her family. It wasn’t—though downing green dyed potato salad had taken courage. No, it was finding the Irish goddess Danu waiting for me at the bar of Enright’s Pub. She had a sword for me to find. Someone had nicked The Retaliator, an ancient Tuatha blade that could kill with just a scratch.

Not many of them around in twenty-first-century Detroit.

Except Naomie’s brother happened to have a friend who liked to buckle on some swash and dazzle crowds with sword play. And he’s vanished, only the scents of ghoul and vampire lingering in his wrecked apartment. That’s never good.

And it was headed for even worse. I needed an edge to solve—and survive—this case!

Do you have a March new release you’re looking forward to reading? Please comment below and I’ll add them to my e-reader.

Happy reading!
