My Review:


A fine sequel to a great first book in the series is like reuniting with old friends. Wynter and Blaze and much of the gang from the first book returns in this whimsical tale of magic, mirth, love, and jellybeans.


Life in Raven's Hollow is both like life in a great small town and unlike any you have ever seen before. The secondary characters are so well defined, they add rich depth to the story.


If you loved the first book as much as I did, then reading this one will just be a simple pleasure. If you haven't read the first book, fear not. There are at least a dozen references in book two that will have a new reader up to date on the story.


The intricate detail here is what makes this book stand out. You can easily picture yourself in every scene. You can smell the flowers and see the fireworks. The amount of detail put into every scene is a tribute to the skill and talent of author Tena Stetler.


Fans of the first book will rush to get their hands on this second book. If you are a fan of magic, jelly beans, and shifters, then this book is for you. A truly wonderful little paranormal romance that would be a great beach read.
