My Review:


Earth witch Daphne Lowe fears losing control because when she does, those she loves suffer the consequences of her immense powers. She turned Stanford, the only man she’s loved, into the white stag. She won’t hurt him again, no matter how much her heart yearns for him. She ended their relationship and hopes he’ll move on and eventually forget her. But all that takes a backseat when a dark witch arrives in town with a devious plan for revenge. Can Daphne and Stanford reconcile their past to combine their powers to save Willow Haven from being torn asunder?


Sundered is the perfect paranormal romance to curl up to this winter. I have not read any of the other books in the series, but it didn’t matter because I was hooked from the very first page. I instantly connected with Daphne and Stanford. I even connected with the dark witch. This is a classic storyline in paranormal romance, yet Beth Caudill’s writing style added a freshness I haven’t seen in a while. The character-driven plot moves at a nice pace with plenty of sizzling romance and conflict. Sundered is a second-chance romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. The passion is authentic as is the paranormal action scenes. The ending was so well done, I thought about it long after I finished reading. If you love paranormal romance as much as I do, you’ll love Sundered. If you adore second-chance romance, you’ll fall in love with Sundered. If you’re looking for a quick paranormal romance you won’t be able to stop reading, pick up Sundered. A wonderful romance with a heroine you’ll root for, Sundered is a must-read. I look forward to reading more from Beth Caudill. Highly recommend!
