My Review:

I love to travel. Some say I have a bit of wanderlust sprinkled in my blood. Whatever it is, I feel blessed to have visited the places I have. No matter where I travel, my secret agenda is to discover new places, meet new people and experience the unexpected. It can be a gift shop, museum or the local hot spot for music.

When I first started reading 99 Epic Things To Do: St. Augustine, Florida, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was it going to be a guide to show you where to go and activities to partake in? From the moment I read the first page, I knew I was in for an adventure and I hadn’t even packed a suitcase.

Each page consists of beautiful photography, an inspirational quote and a brief description by two locals (Christina and Phillip).

Filled with local tips, hidden gems and fascinating insight, 99 Epic Things to Do: St. Augustine, Florida is like taking a trip without having to wait in long lines at the airport. By the time I finished the book, I wanted to book a trip. Here’s a few fun facts from the book:

St. George Street, one of the oldest in the nation, is a wonderful place to wander.

There are over a dozen historic churches in St. Augustine.

In our opinion, The Floridian is probably one of the best restaurants in town.

St. Augustine was burned to the ground twice by pirate raids.

Life is an adventure and you might as well make it epic! That’s the message in this travel book. I agree with Christina and Phillip.

I loved this book so much, it’s sitting on our coffee table for our friends and family to browse through.

Over the years, I’ve read and collected hundreds of travel books (guides and writing) but this is the best one, hands down! Run, don’t walk, and grab a copy today.

Favorite Quote:

“The world is a book and those that do not travel read only one page.”
