Are You a Leader? Remember to Incorporate These Three Qualities Into Your Leadership Skills! #inspir

Are you a leader? Do you concentrate on your leadership title or is your focus on how you can make the most impact?

If you were to ask me if I was a leader, I'd say no. I'd probably give a half-smile and shrug a shoulder. But ask MR N or any of my clients and they'd say I'm a leader.

So many leaders of today sit back on their laurels, basking in their title or how it entitles them to certain privileges. They want all the credit even it means stepping on others.

There are also leaders who value the three tenants stated above: impact, influence and inspiration. They embody what it means to be a true leader and inspires others to greatness.

Leadership is much more than a title and the perks that come with it. It is inspiring the troops (whether that is a teammate or customer) to greatness with the right word or encouragement at the right time. It's seeing the good in others and pointing out ways to bring out the best in them.

Each of us has a sphere of influence and each of us has the ability to be a great leader. Go out in the world today and make a difference!
