Are you the conductor of your dreams, wondering why success is just beyond your reach?

If you're driving your train, you need to make sure there's firm tracks to drive on.

What do I mean?

It's all well and good to have dreams but you also need to have a concrete plan in place with step by step goals you need to accomplish. Without a plan, you're a train stuck at the station.

Do the research necessary and then create a business plan with both long-term and short-term goals. Lay the tracks so that your train will chug downhill towards your dreams.

When we launched this website almost ten months ago, we sat down and created a business plan. We wanted to reach certain goals so that one year later, we can see our progress. We worked overtime for several months and have bypassed those goals. We're now creating a revised business plan with new goals.

Success doesn't come easy. It takes hard work, sacrifices and the determination to make it happen. We continue to lay our tracks so our train speeds down the path.

Whatever it is, don't delay. Success may be waiting at the next stop.
