If I Encountered Someone in Need, Would I Help or Would I Turn My Back? #FridayFeeling #kindness #in

At the end of our lives, we will not be judged by how many diplomas we have received, how much money we made or how many great things we have done. We will be judged by, “I was hungry and you gave me something to eat. I was naked and you clothed me. I was homeless and you took me in. – Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa's quote reminds me that it doesn't matter how much money I make, what I do for a living or how much recognition I receive. She presents the eternal question to my soul:

If I encountered someone in need, would I help them or would I turn my back on them?

My soul replies, "If you are hungry, I will feed you. If you are naked, I will cloth you. If you are homeless, I will give you shelter."

How about you? Would you help those in need?

Helping others is a great way to live a happy life. Why? When you have been given all you need to survive, it is your responsibility as a human being to help those less fortunate. People helping people.

There are so many ways you can help those less fortunate. You can give your time, money, clothing, food and even shelter. Go on an lend a hand. Your very soul may depend on it.
