Are you stressed out? Have a piece of pie.
I've encountered quite a few stressed out people over the past few days. While I try to encourage them to simplify their life, nothing beats a piece of pie.
Why pie? Well, you can't eat pie quickly. You have to savor it, bite by luscious bite. It takes time and is best when served warm with a little ice cream.
Slow down, take a break and indulge in something delicious. Let your taste buds take over your overactive brain and exhale.
Stress less is as simple as a piece of pie.
