Did you know successful and happy people make sure they get at least seven hours of sleep every night?

Sleep is one of the most important aspects to your health. When you sleep, the body takes over your brain. It heals sore muscles, repairs cells, calms the nervous system and many more miraculous things it doesn't get to do while you're awake.

I'm busier than I have ever been and my secret weapon for keeping up with all that life throws at me is I make sure I get at least seven hours of sleep a night. Sleep restores me in every possible way so that during the day, I can battle with whatever is thrown my way.

Take my advice and make sleep your top priority. Your health may just depend on it.
