My Review:

This is no ordinary work of fiction. This is a spiritual epic, akin to the Iliad by Homer.

The story of Ruthie is beautifully described in intricate detail. She is so much more than a track star who lived more then a century.

This book lets the reader see that even a 'great' person faces everyday challenges.

For Ruthie much of the guidance she receives to get through her trails comes from her faith, prayer and Bible verses.

There are many occasions where a reader, who is facing their own problems, will find the ideal Bible verse to guide their souls through.

If I had one suggestion, a Ruthie family tree at the start of the book would allow the reader to better keep track of who is who. It would make this amazing story much clearer.

A superb book for a spiritual person.
