My Review:

Och, there's nothing like a woman scorned, especially one set to claim Gavin MacLeod as her own. Gavin and sweet Jenny have overcome so much and as they prepare to wed, they don't foresee the storm headed their way. Widow Ellen Fraser returns, and she does everything in her power to drive a wedge between Gavin and Jenny. Her viciousness breaks Jenny's heart and she doesn't know if she'll ever be able to forgive Gavin or even trust him again. Will Gavin be able to show Jenny how much he truly loves her or has Ellen's evil lies wreaked their revenge?

An Echo in the Glen is a riveting, steamy Scottish romance sure to scorch your fingertips. Gavin and Jenny's love is put to the ultimate test and her name is Ellen. In classic love triangle fashion, there's a lot at stake for all three sides. Deceit, passion, jealousy, revenge all play their part and it makes for an unputdownable Scottish romance. From the descriptive narration to the steamy love scenes to the action to the intrigue, An Echo in the Glen left me breathless. The characters are so well written, I found myself torn at times. Ellen is such a devious woman; I couldn't help but love to hate her. Gavin is a torn hero and gentle Jenny captured my heart. What a wonderful medieval romance! If you like your Scottish romance with plenty of heart, you've got to read An Echo in the Glen. If you have a yearning for a sexy Scottish hero, you'll love An Echo in the Glen. I can't wait to read more from this author. Highly recommend!
