A vampire pirate in need of a second chance, a woman dares to defy her father, true love awaits them both along the shores of St. Augustine. "Vengeance ruled his past, but love would rule his future." Vampire pirate Carter has a lot of regrets, and they all revolve around his beloved, Amelia. Long ago, she chose to marry another to save his life. Her death from consumption tore out his heart as he became a vampire. Syre offered him a second chance and now he's grabbing a hold of it. The past and present come together but like before, the choice will be hers. She made the wrong choice centuries ago...will she make the right choice and align her heart and life with him? When the past replays in the present, can he save them both?
Buccaneer is a paranormal pirate vampire romance that ticks all the boxes. A pirate ready to claim the woman who stole his heart? Check. Steamy romance? Check. A pull to the water? Check. A jilted ex-fiancé willing to do anything to lay claim on the heroine's finances? Check. A hero who rescues his love again and again? Check. The plot moves at an excellent pace with hot romance and suspense vying for attention. The pirate subplot was inventive and captured my attention. The world-building was classic Kristal Dawn Harris, which simply means that it was exquisitely detailed with a few original twists. The romance was blistering, swoon-worthy, and delectable. If you're a paranormal romance reader, you'll thoroughly be swept away by Buccaneer. Highly recommend!

My novels allow me to develop in-depth worlds and I've enjoyed writing each one. If you like a longer book then The Rings books, The Burn, or Three Propositions might be what you're looking for.
My novellas always center on the romance between the hero and heroine. Most are designed to have a prior connection, so there is some basis for their relationship with a couple twists tossed in. It might surprise you to know, novellas and novelettes are my favorite to write. Not because of the length, but the focus on the couple.
I like it hot, so expect sex...lol The Red Heart series is actually historical erotic...light erotic. The Dragon's Gift, Blood Bond, and Seduction by Blood are paranormal erotic. Fair warning romance readers...ha!
