My Review:

This isn't just 'another' business self-help book. This is one of the best I’ve read and can be used for everyone. The author has made an extremely readable book. The method is brilliant too as it can apply to any size business. There are many key points, and each is easily digestible.

The book is laid out in easy-to-read chapters that key on the main points. There are handy key point sections at the end of each chapter. The author has included terrific printable additions that will help bring this system to life.

The chapter on IT systems could be one of the most important sections that every business needs to study. The points made here are simply brilliant. If you are operating a business now, print out the bullet points and review your business. If you are starting a business, then follow this to the letter. My personal experience with a company that instituted an IT system that couldn't integrate shows how important that step is. Without integratable IT systems, a company cannot be successful. Simply a fantastic part of this great book.

Another key point is trust. A business owner must be willing to delegate authority and then TRUST that person. This is a gaping flaw in many businesses.

A personable approach to business structure. Well written and laid out. Everyone who owns a business should read this book. Everyone thinking of starting a business should read this book A terrific instruction book for business creation.

My Rating: 5+ stars
