The moment everyone kept referring to as “The Kiss.” But it was all part of the show, right? It didn’t matter that Zane made more than my feet move. He stirred up feelings that scared the crap out of me. The depth of his sadness called out to me even more than his unbelievable sex appeal, and that was saying something.


But it could never work between us. He may have come from a small town like me, but he was all rock star now and totally out of my league. I was a flower shop owner, not his saving Grace.

My Review:


A rockstar plucks a woman out of the crowd during a concert but won’t he be shocked when his heart discovers a love he never expected. Rockstar Zane Sanders is the lead singer of one of the hottest bands in the world, yet something is missing. He’s living life by rote, that is until he meets Grace. In classic rockstar style, he pulls her onto the stage, not knowing it would change his life. Being with Grace makes Zane feel alive, more alive than he’s ever felt. Grace is everything good in the world, and before he knows what hit him, love jumpstarts his heart. When life gets in the way, reality comes crashing down. Can a rockstar and a small-town woman find true love and not some fantasy? Can love bring Zane to his knees?


Rocked by Grace is an incredible rockstar romance I couldn’t stop reading. First of all, the premise is relatable. Every single woman in the world secretly fantasizes about being pulled out of a crowd and onto the stage with a famous rockstar. Then there’s the descriptive narration. From the beginning, I was sucked right in by Zane’s POV. Both his and Grace’s POVs are as deep as the Pacific, which allows the reader to connect with the main characters. At first, Grace and Zane are from different universes (one a rockstar and the other a regular woman from a small town) but the more they’re together, the more their universes align. The romance is insta-attraction leading to falling in love. I adored their love story. There’s so much emotion, so much to overcome, it had me whipping through the pages. M.J. Schiller is a bonafide romance author who knows how to write romance. Rocked by Grace is an irresistible read, one with all the feels. If you love rockstar romance, you’ll want to read Rocked by Grace. This is my first book by M.J. Schiller but it won’t be my last. She’s quickly cemented herself as one of my new favorites. Highly recommend!

M.J. Schiller is a lunch lady/romance-romantic suspense writer. She enjoys writing novels whose characters include rock stars, desert princes, teachers, futuristic Knights, construction workers, cops, and a wide variety of others. In her mind everybody has a romance. She is the mother of a twenty-two-year-old and three twenty-year-olds. That's right, triplets! So having recently taught four children to drive, she likes to escape from life on occasion by pretending to be a rock star at karaoke. However…you won’t be seeing her name on any record labels soon.
