Excerpt:

From Love's Influence by Tori Alvarez: featuring Olivia and Lorenzo

“This isn’t about me. It’s about Dare alla Luce. I want to showcase it. Hate to disappoint you, but I will probably take a selfie or two,” I respond with a bit of sass, winking flirtatiously. I’m not sure what has come over me.

“And I’m sure they will be beautiful.” His lips pull, showing his white, perfectly straight teeth. Gah! Just another thing that is perfect about him. His damn eyes that I want to drown in, his lean, muscular physique, his slight Spanish accent, and his chocolate-brown, tousled-with-purpose hair. “I’ll leave you to it.” He cocks one eyebrow.

I nod, and as he turns to leave, his arm conveniently brushes against mine, causing a shiver up my spine.

From Kiss Me at Sunset by Laura M. Baird: featuring Michele and Xander

I keep my eyes locked on hers. Being this close to her again, I take in the details of those sexy silver-gray eyes that are almost too big on her tiny heart-shaped face. Delicate lines fan out from the corners while thick lashes that don’t need enhancing crown her lids. I take in the slender slightly up-turned nose and her plump lips that, like her eyes, should seem too big for her face. But she’s perfect. Cute yet beautiful. Her short asymmetrical bob of dark hair is classy, streaked with silver, not gray, somehow catching the light so it gleams.

From Bar None by Brooke Ellis: featuring Jess and Luca

Jess’s body is tucked snugly between Luca’s wide outstretched legs. Her back reclines comfortably against his chest while his is pressed against the wall of the open archway.

Luca dips his mouth into her neck and kisses slowly upward to her ear. The tip of his tongue trails around her lobe before taking it between his lips and gently sucking on it. Jess releases a soft breath of pleasure, stretches her hand up around Luca’s jaw and behind his head to coax him into continuing.

From Better Together by Callie James: featuring Molly and Kai

She sat up to face him, running her hands down his muscular chest to his stomach as she kissed him full on the mouth. Kai gripped the side of her face, pushing his tongue inside her mouth as he pulled her astride him. She moved her body against him and moaned into his mouth as his hand roamed to the small of her back, pulling her harder against him as they kissed.

“Do you have any idea how sexy you are?” he asked into her lips, his breath hot against her.

From Friend Zoned by Marlo Lanz and Olivia Peters: featuring Antonia and Tucker

I set A down and eagerly untie the black silk blindfold, letting it fall to the sand. I have to blink a few times because everything is suddenly in such high definition that it’s almost blinding.

The pink and purple sunset.

The waves crashing on the shore.

The tree line to either side of us creates our own private beach.

The whitewashed sand under our feet.

The most beautiful woman in the world.

Damn.

From The Octopus in Question by Hannah Morse: featuring Elly and Craig

“Welcome aboard the Riptide,” Craig said to Elly. She didn’t look impressed. “Forty feet, full galley, she’s a trouper.”

“Works for a dive boat. I need somewhere to secure the tank.”

She was all business, and he hated how much he liked that. It’d been the same the day before, he’d not been able to mount a defense against her assigning him to the tide pool table. He’d been too mesmerized by her whiskey-colored eyes and sheer amount of self-confidence to get his lips and tongue to form an actual argument.

From Ask Me Nicely by Dania Voss: featuring Harper and Spencer

“What have you gotten yourself into, Harper?”

Harper startled, taking a moment to register who was yelling. Spencer D’Angelo. Ariana’s older brother had never liked her and for the life of her, she didn’t know why. And because of his animosity toward her, she disliked him right back.

Unfortunately for Harper, her traitorous body hadn’t received the memo. Spencer’s deep, confident, arrogant tone never failed to arouse her. Heat consumed her, pulsing through her veins at the most inopportune moment.
