My Review:
Broken dreams plus an unsolved murder throw Chelsea and Zach together but can they find their second chance at love before the curtain falls for good? This is one of the most intriguing romantic suspense books I’ve ever read. There are many storylines including ballet, unsolved murders, a haunted local theatre, coming home, and a second chance at love. Emotions run high and I couldn’t stop reading.
What makes this an unputdownable read starts and ends with the characters. Chelsea is a beautiful woman (both inside and out) whose dreams to be a prima ballerina was shattered five years ago. She loves ballet so now she teaches. Being near Zach again is painful but she can’t change the past. Turmoil churns inside her. Does she even deserve a second chance?
The rest of the characters fill in the cast of this sweet romantic suspense. I honestly grew attached to them all. The characters are so well written, they leap from the page and into my heart.
The writing is emotional and eloquent. Judy Kentrus writes romances with the reader in mind. She knows what readers crave when it comes to romantic suspense and delivers. The plot is executed to perfection with just the right balance of romance, angst, tension, and a bit of suspense.
If you love romantic suspense on the sweet side in a small beachy community, pick up When Dreams Come True. Brilliant in every way, you’ll fall in love with this romance.

I’ve always been a romantic at heart and I married my high school sweetheart. I make my home in the Poconos of Pennsylvania. Before I let the dog out, I make sure there aren’t any bears around. I’m a mom with two grown children who have given me six grandchildren.
