My Review:
Love and sacrifice are both powerful motivators to the human experience. In this collection of short stories and poems, a diverse group of authors explores the theme of love and sacrifice. Each writer brings their own voice and point of view. What they all have in common is an emotional story encouraging the joys and sorrow that comes with connecting with another person. As an added bonus, this anthology is expertly edited by Award-Winning Author David W. Berner.
Writer Shed Stories, Vol. 2 is a brilliant anthology filled with poignant stories that will touch your heart, uplift your spirit, and possibly change you for the better. I enjoyed every story, which is a feat in itself because I tend not to like every story in an anthology. I have a few favorites, but I’ll let you decide for yourself which ones you like best. The writing is exceptional, and I have added these authors to my ‘to be read’ list. If you’re a fan of short stories or looking for an enjoyable read, I highly recommend this collection.
