My Review:
All is not coming up roses for Lily when she discovers her wedding florist dead in her shop. Lily wants to dive into the investigation, but Gage tells her no. Why? The killer wrote a threat against Lily in petals at the scene of the crime. Will Gage be able to solve the murder and protect Lily?
Broomsticks & Blooms is the latest installment of one of my all-time favorite paranormal cozy mystery series. While reading, I was on the edge of my seat. With a surprise murder and a shocking ending, I couldn’t put Broomsticks & Blooms down. The characters, narration, investigation, and dialogue blend together to make Broomsticks & Blooms an unputdownable read.
Lucinda Race continues to impress with her writing prowess. After more than ten books in the series, Broomsticks & Blooms is a fresh mystery for Gage and Lily to solve. There are twists in this mystery that take a dark turn which were both unexpected and fascinating to read.
If you’re a cozy mystery reader who love magical characters, Broomsticks & Blooms is your next must-read. I can’t wait to see what happens next with Lily, Gage, Milo, and the whole gang.
