Have you been wishing for a Scottish fantasy romance that’ll transport you? Mary Morgan has granted your wish. In her continuation of her award-winning series, she delves into the Fae realm to bring you an unlikely couple who must overcome many obstacles. Filled with intricate world building, descriptive narration, magical characters, and a fated romance, this book has it all.


Let’s start with the descriptive narration. Mary Morgan has a talent for describing something as simple as snowfall, but in a way you’ve never envisioned it. Every detail is described so as to immerse the reader.


The characters are emotional, well-conceived, and authentic. Alex can be hard to relate to but even with his brash exterior, he has a soft heart. When love finds him the perfect mate, he’s forever changed.


The Scottish and Fae world-building are exquisite and so well done. Mary Morgan expertly crafts a world unlike any other.


If you’re looking for a holiday romance, your wishes will come true with Wishes Under a Highland Star.
