My Review:

Wow. A MUST READ. What a fantastic story this is.

I have to say that a small town like Poplar Bluffs faces the most crime a small town has seen since Jessica Fletcher lived in Cabot Cove.

I loved the story of Angelica and her family and just LOVED how every group of bads moved in, tried something and were dealt with in superb fashion. The growing relationship between Danny and Angela was beautiful.

The best line of the book has to be, 'What happens in the kitchen, stays in the kitchen.’

It became so funny how every type of bad guy/cop/etc. ended up eating at Bertie's.

A fantastic book that I loved every second of and am sorry it ended because I can't wait to read it again.

If you are only going to read one Detective Eiser book, make it this one. It is the greatest and a fun read.

I would give it 1,000,000 stars but must settle for 5+
