My Review:
Can a veteran come home only to find what he's been searching for? John hasn't returned home back on his family's Christmas tree farm in eons. The rift with his father kept him away but after his father asks for help this holiday season, John can't refuse. It's hard work but nothing John can't handle. When single mom Heather crashes into him on the tree lot, he's unsure what to make of the way she makes him feel. Heather's daughter is heartbroken over her missing cat, Snowball, so he offers his help to find the cat before Christmas. It's Operation Snowball but without realizing it, John's fallen in love with Heather. Can he heal the rift between him and his father? Can he confess his love to Heather, or will he leave after the holidays?
Operation Snowball is a heartwarming small-town holiday romance from start to finish. From the beginning, I connected with Heather. It's hard being a single mom, especially when a pet goes missing. John is an edgy hero, but he has a soft side, too. Kathryn Hills weaves a delightful holiday romance with plenty of feel-good moments. Operation Snowball is all about family, coming home, falling in love, and an adorable cat. If you're looking for a heartfelt holiday romance, you'll love Operation Snowball. Highly recommend!
