Big changes are coming for Lily, but one thing will never deter her: murder. An elemental witch is killed across the street from Lily’s home. Someone is stirring up trouble and right before the wedding of the year. Can Lily catch the murderer before she walks down the aisle to say I do?
Weddings & Wands is the final book of this paranormal mystery series and I’m crying as I write these words. It’s the wedding of Gage and Lily (finally) and big changes are about to happen. I’ve been waiting for this to occur and I’m so happy for Lily and Gage. But I’m melancholy because these characters have become a part of me. Sniff, sniff, I’ll miss these characters.
Oh right, let’s talk about fabulous this book is. There’s a great deal of mystery and subterfuge going on. Lucinda Race writes a compelling story filled with some intriguing backstory. Solving the mystery kept me up late reading. I loved every minute!
What I loved most was the balance between the investigation and the last-minute wedding details Lily had to iron out. Lucinda Race blends all the elements together flawlessly. The ending had a fun surprise too. Readers of this series will love this ending.
If you love paranormal cozies, you’ll want to read this book. The perfect ending to a fantastic paranormal cozy mystery series.
