My Review:
Sierra should’ve known her grandmother was up to no good. Autumn Deception is a funny romance with zany characters, dialogue, and situations. It’s easy to get addicted to this story. There were times when I read late into the night because I had to know what happens next.
Let’s start with the characters. Sierra works too hard and is in need of a vacation. She relents and takes a vacation in her grandmother’s town. From this moment on, she’s at the mercy of her matchmaking grandmother. Poor Sierra. I felt for her and her plight. Sierra is a likable heroine many women will relate to. Cade is a terrific hero and a perfect partner for Sierra. Sure, he’s a single dad raising a daughter. Sure, he’s small town while Sierra is big city. They are opposites in many ways and that is part of their charm. Sierra’s grandmother is a hoot and a half. She’s hilarious. The characters are so vibrant, so quirky, they are the reason why I loved this book so much.
This book reads more like a rom com than a pure romance. The dialogue is full of one-liners. The writing is comedic. An A+ in my view. Would I read it again? Heck yeah!

Author Biography:
N. Jade Gray grew up on a farm in Oklahoma with one sister and three brothers. She began reading romance novels in high school and was hooked. In an attempt to entertain her friends she began writing stories. The biggest hurdle she had to overcome with her writing was sharing her stories. Her former writing groups, the Wichita and Regional Authors and Low Country Romance Writer’s, helped with her confidence and shook the needed pom pom’s to get her motivated for publication. She is also a former member of the Romance Writers of America. She met her husband while attending college and has two grown sons and two granddaughters. Not really knowing what she wanted to do when she grew up, she’s held various jobs in the accounting and legal fields. She lives in Missouri with her husband, rescue cats and one spoiled dog-named Fabio. Yes, she helped named the dog. She loves to hear her husband calling for his four-legged companion.
