My Review:
This is a very well written book to help so many people, for sure. The author has created a terrific book plan to help those who are playing from behind today.
This book shows, through a great study done with NCAA basketball players, those who are a little behind are motivated to overcome and tend to win. This will inspire people to work harder, myself included.
Another key to this book is you don’t have to win every time. I completely agree that when someone fails, they will learn even more.
The author has written a great plan for someone who is a minority to still achieve their dream. This is true today if you are in a minority due to race or religion or your sex or your beliefs.
Many people today in the world are playing from behind. All of them should buy this book and learn that they are not in a bad place. They are in a place to win. A terrific and very readable book that will make the world a place more workable for them.

Author Biography:
Dr. Robert L. Head is a motivational speaker and higher education consultant. He rose from humble beginnings in Cleveland, Ohio, during the turbulent Civil Rights era and became the first African-American president of two Midwestern universities: Urbana University (Ohio) and Rockford University (Illinois). After retiring in 2016, Dr. Head was given the title of President Emeritus of Rockford University. Dr. Head currently serves on the board of his community homeowners association, as well as sitting on the boards of Defiance College (Ohio) and David C. Cook (Colorado). Dr. Head and his wife Sheryl have three adult children and reside in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
